Wonderful sound quality
Great speaker!!! My only critical feedback is for Bose as a whole rather than the product itself: There are no easy-to-find written instructions, including on the app. Same issue when I purchased Bose headphones last year. It would be nice to have the functionality spelled out vs having to search for answers. Otherwise, another great Bose product!

Problems Syncing
This is my second one, and they have a very nice sound. I bought the second one to sync them together in my home to have the same sound throughout my home, and I'm very disappointed because I have to use a WIFI extender and both speakers have to be on the same WIFI to sync

where has soundtouch gone
I bought this to replace the Bose soundtouch speakers I have that no longer work together. It does the job of linking the blutooth bose speaker I have so have some of the functions I had before the soundtouch app became unsupported.

Love the sound
I recently purchased this product. The sound is awesome and I love the portability. I did have difficulty integrating Spotify and SiriusXM into the google assistant of the speaker. I believe I have sorted the issue out, however the process is not as seemless as made to believe through the App. Overall great sound as always from Bose.

Bose portable smart speaker
Purchased this a few weeks ago… always wanted one soon as I heard a friend’s speaker. Waited years to be in a position to buy one and I am certainly not disappointed, I’m wowed!! I absolutely love everything about this speaker, the sound, the quality of the speaker, the ease of use. There are no negatives to this speaker…it’s brilliant!!! Best thing I’ve bought in years and was worth the wait!

Finicky Messy aproduct
Lose WiFi connection every few weeks. I have to re-connect it with Apple Home every month or two. Now Google Assistant is not working at all.

As someone who is passionate about speakers and audio quality, sound performance is extremely important to me. I currently own a JBL Boombox 3 and a JBL PartyBox 310, so I naturally compared this Bose speaker against some very capable competition. I have to admit that, for its size, the sound quality of this speaker is impressive. Of course, the Boombox 3 and PartyBox 310 deliver deeper bass, higher volume, and a larger soundstage, but they are also significantly bigger speakers designed for different purposes. What impressed me about this Bose speaker is how balanced, clear, and enjoyable it sounds in such a compact form factor. The vocals are crisp, the instrument separation is excellent, and the overall listening experience feels refined and premium. While it won’t replace my larger JBL speakers for parties or outdoor gatherings, it has definitely earned a place in my collection. If you’re looking for a portable speaker that delivers outstanding sound quality for its size, this Bose is well worth considering.

Great Features!
I bought the Portable Smart Speaker a month ago and I’m so glad that I did. My previous model and some of its features have since expired. So it was time to upgrade my Bose device to something new. I definitely won’t look back now!

Synced with other Bose speakers
It synced well with my other Bose speakers. This is very important to me. Also, the Bose Portable Smart speaker has more mids than some of Bose other products. I like this. I prefer the flatter sound. There is still plenty of bass.

While I am sad that Bose was forcibly discontinuing my SoundTouch 20 portable speaker, this replacement is excellent. This speaker has a *lot* of sound, which is great for parties or picnics. Also love the Airplay + Bluetooth combo — I can use this speaker whereever I go

Good Replacement for SoundTouch.
I bought this speaker to replace my SoundTouch Speaker. Bose no longer supports the SoundTouch speaker so I needed to upgrade. The portable smart speaker is light and flexible for transport. It can be used anywhere. I like its sound quality.

Nice speaker, great sound for the size.
The Smart Speaker has been working well since purchasing. The it connected easily with my wifi but there was some initial issues in grouping other Bose Smart speakers together. After removing enhanced security from my home router the problem was solved and I was able to group the speakers. Once fully connected I could once again activate the enhanced security on my router without affecting the grouping feature. Other than that small issue, the speaker sounds great for the size. I have it on the optional charging stand making it easy to move around the house. It is a nice addition to my other Bose products.
