Well designed device
I bought this pull-up assist after failing to improvise my own. The strap and attachment clip are strong. The foot loop is large with a plastic device to keep it open. Easy to change the amount of assistance via cables.

I needed the help
Pullups and chinups have always been challenging for me. I was never able to get past a few reps. A friend recommended the Pullup Revolution and after I did some research I decided to make the investment. I really like the fact you can add or remove the tubes to change how much help you get. I'm up to ten unassisted reps now and then I start using this squeeze out a few more.

I've been using the Pull Up Revolution for a few months now, and the results have been fantastic. After going away to college a couple years ago, I lost quite a bit of strength I had while in high school. Using this has helped a ton. Ideally I'll be able to get back my strength so that I won't need it, but in the meantime, this works really well.
