Does not feel warm when in apply, good heavy duty cord. Perfect length to give us a little more adjustment to the heater. We are using it on an 1500W electric fireplace heater

I have been using all 3 appliances on a regular basis and have not had any issues with heat, melting or power loss through resistance. I bought 3 of the 3ft 12/3 extension cords to operate with cooking appliances. A microwave, a toaster oven, and an induction burner. My microwaves operates about 1450w and is sometimes run for up to 5 min, My toaster oven operates 900w and is sometimes run for up to 30min, and my induction burner can operate up to 1700w and is typically run from 20-40 min. In my opinion it would be nice if there were a variant with no LED in the outlet but I understand why it is there being the target audience is heavy outdoor and construction operate
Appropriate for long duration high current (1000w+) use.
