Solid Safe Kayak
I just got this kayak for my son. I have not had a chance to put it to use yet.. I love the fact that it comes with a very nice paddle included with purchase. Qualty seems to be very solid. This is not going to be a cheap flimsy boat. It appears to be made of thicker solid materials... He can't wait to put it on the water this summer.

Could not get the kids to stop!
Bought 2 for my 5 and 8 year olds after seeing many on the lake in the past. The kids figured out how to paddle instinctively and palled around the protected swim area for 3 hours. They beg to go again every day.

Durable, tracks well
The kayak tracks well and is comfortable-very important to us. Only complaint is that the small gray seat clip and black round strap clip are easily lost-best if secured with thin elastic or the like so they don’t end up in the water. Lifetime was great and replaced our pieces as we lost several after the first time usage. Thank you!

Outstanding Customer Service

Unfortunately, the paddles arrived with the ends flattened during shipping, so the paddle could not be assembled. Ian at customer service honored the guarantee and is replacing the paddle. The kayak itself is fine and works great, we had to borrow a neighbors paddle.

Kids Love It
We have had these Kayaks for a couple of years and get so much use out of it. The only compliant is getting back pain after a long trip. Called customer service and it was amazing service. Only on hold for a minute or two before a live person came on and was so pleasant and helpful. He placed an order for the backrests in minutes. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a customer service department.

I broke the drain plug on my granddaughter’s kayak. Sent email to get a replacement plug & immediately got response & was replaced right away. The girls love their kayak & it’s just perfect for them (age 6 & 8)
