A: Yes, you simply loosen and lower it down to breastfeed, then make sure you tighten everything back up when you are done.

Simply loosen the straps underneath your arms WHILE supporting baby so that baby is low enough in front of your breast to latch. You can clip one or both sides of the head support up for additional support or snap up the hood for privacy, if you wish. Once baby is finished eating, you can tighten the straps back to a comfortable position. Happy nursing!

A: This carrier is machine washable! Wash instructions: Machine Wash Cold. Do Not Bleach. Tumble Dry Low. Do Not Iron. Do Not Dry Clean. Before washing, fasten all buckles. Wash on cold with a mild detergent without optical brighteners. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean. For best results hang to dry.

A: I purchased this as a gift for my son and daughter in law. I did use it a few times. It was a little more complicated that the Baby Bjorn, but not by much. Once I used it a couple times, it was fine.

A: Yes, this carrier is fully adjustable with two way adjusting straps. Also, our carriers have the ability to cross the straps in the back for a tighter fit. A: We've designed our carriers to be easily adjustable for a variety of sizes! We usually find that moms in a size 22/24 can wear our carriers without needing a waist extension which adds an extra 9" to the 54" waist size.

Best carrier for infant/baby. I started using this with my son about 8 weeks. The infant head/neck support is better than other carriers. I am using this with third child and I used the ergo with my first two. This one is way better so far. Easy to put on, adjust, remove. Watch a YouTube video if you’re confused. Excellent back support especially compared to other carriers.

I’ve had a Lillebaby organic for a couple months, but wanted to try the airflow because of the summer heat. The fit is good on the smallest arm settings, but I can see how some people smaller than me (5’5”, 140) may need to cross cross the back for a tighter fit. Ease of use is amazing… just clip at the waist and snuggle baby up. We hiked in 70-80 degree temps for 4+ Hours and baby’s back didn’t get hot. The leg holes aren’t as easy on baby as other materials if he’s in a onesie, but if he has in pants or shorts, it’s fine. It’s comparable to the material of mesh crib bumpers. I also use a solly baby and boba wraps. The boba wrap and lille baby carriers see my favorites!

I have four carriers - an ergo, a boba, a solly weak and now this airflow. The ergo was way too bulky on my 5’2 petite frame. My 7 week old immediately hated it. The boba I used 9 years ago and liked it but didn’t love it. The solly wrap is excellent BUT murdered my back, shoulders and waist carrying around my infant who wanted to sleep in it for 3-4 hours. I was desperate for a carrier that would let me carry my son for naps. I ordered this based on a friend’s recommendation. When I say this carrier saves my life, I’m not exaggerating. My son loves it and I am no longer in pain. My kid decided he hates the stroller now and I actually strapped on the carrier and walked on the treadmill to get my steps in while he naps. I use this carrier at least twice per day, for an hour plus. I don’t regret spending the money at all and believe it was fully worth it. The pocket is perfect size for my iPhone. My only complaint is that this would still get hot in warm weather. I need to figure out how this will work at the beach. The zipper pocket is good for putting my phone.

This carrier is so soft and comfortable and breathable for baby. I absolutely love the print! It will be perfect for the warmer months with one of the main features being the single layer mesh. I also love the extra padding around the seat for baby's legs. Super comfortable for both parent and child. I am a mom of three and have baby worn using Lillebaby carriers for all three! The design and softness of the carrier just make the baby wearing experience so effortless. I would highly recommend this carrier!

this carrier is lightweight with great support for me and my heavy 1 year old. This color is an upgrade from the one I used to have in this brand. It is much sleeker and lighter weight. The straps are thinner and the mesh is much softer! We have been enjoying it while grocery shopping and doing chores!

The new Shibori print is amazing! I love the new single layer mesh panel! It is super breathable and will be our go to carrier this spring and summer. Another upgrade in design are the super soft leg padding. Another change in design which I feel is neither pro or con is the change of the neck support clips to snaps. I personally think I like the change but just not used to it yet. I think it’s easier to snap on and off than the clips but something to note.

I recently got the airflow DLX in Shibori. I am a Florida mama who is constantly out at the parks sometimes on my own with my two boys. Using a carrier helps me get through the long lines and naps. The best part of my new carrier is that it is made with one layer mesh. It also has a memory foam type padding that protects the baby’s legs and keeps them comfortable. I’m telling you this carrier is a game changer. It is so amazing.
