Use twice daily after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). It isn't as intense as the normal Listerine so there is less of that mouthwash tingling going on. The freshness is long lasting. I will definitely be adding it to my shopping list. Great product.

This is such a a better experience then the original. This alcohol free Listerine is much more palatable and easier to use. The original Listerine burns so badly that I can hardly keep it in for more than 10 seconds. The taste and burn of this version is so much better and easier to take. I recommend the alcohol free Listerine for its taste and ease of use.

I found that this taste a lot better when using it to rinse my mouth out , it does not stay and it does not burn. I have very sensitive teeth, so this is perfect for every day use. I actually have switched to using this every day and have bought more of since receiving this sample. This also does not leave a horrible aftertaste in my mouth.
