Q: I see it has a on/off switch to light up. Obviously a very small battery. Can the battery be replaced when it goes out? Thank you & Happy Holidays to the wonderful people who work at Target!!

A: Yes you can replace it. There is a tiny screw that holds on the bottom plate.

Q: Is there supposed to be one hole in the tree itself (where a light would be)? I found two in store, and both have a light "missing" in different spots on the tree.

These are cute, but if you're having them delivered, pass on these. I say that because there was such low stock I had no choice but to have them shipped to home. Tar get did such a bad job shipping that out of 12 ornaments with FIVE different deliveries, 7/12 arrived broken. They are cite and the lights are bright enough, but buy these in store only. If not, you risk broken lights, broken tops, broken bottoms, etc. Also, buying them in store allows you to make sure the bottom plastic piece for the battery hasn't been tampered with, leaving you with brand new ornaments that have no battery life left. Overall, a very disappointing purchase this year.

All arrived broken. These ceramic ornaments were shipped via USPS in a simple thin plastic Target bag without any protective packaging, wrapping or box, so of course they arrived shattered. Also, judging by their remains, only 4 of the 5 we purchased were included in the shipment. Target is processing a refund for us, but my goodness, what a waste. They would have been really cute. My advice is not to purchase these if they must be shipped.

I received a defective tree ornament. It’s missing a bulb, another bulb is sticking out to far out and there is minor chip that feels sharp. If they were in stock in stores I would of bought that way but they were out of stock everywhere around me and had to purchase via shipping :/
