It’s good for both genders and you can tell the stick is very strong for those extra strong little ones. And the balls are very hard but soft if that makes sense

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster and Little Tikes in exchange for my honest review. This product would have been perfect except it only comes with one hockey stick. It says it’s for 1-2 players but it makes it hard to play with 2 players with one hockey stick unless the two players share the hockey stick and take turns. I feel as though a second hockey stick would have helped. I appreciate that the hockey stick is collapsible as that saves a lot of space when it comes to putting the toy away and also teaches kids how to put items together which I feel is very important. I look for toys that teach when I am selecting toys and I feel you can make a teaching lesson out of this toy. It promotes team work, sharing, following directions, and helps kids understand how to play a game but also allows them to have creative freedom and play their own way. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Little Tikes Sports Hockey Set for my 4‑year‑old, and it’s been such a hit. The plastic is light but sturdy, so he can swing away without me worrying it’ll snap. It’s great for more than just hockey — the soft foam balls make it easy to invent new games whether we’re in the living room or out in the yard. I really appreciate how safe it is: rounded edges, lightweight sticks, and foam balls mean no major “ouch” moments. There’s no assembly fuss — we just opened the box and started playing. Plus, it’s so light and compact that we can easily take it to the park or bring it along when visiting friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice toy for what it is. It's light and easy for my 2.5 year old to carry and move. The balls are big enough for him to aim and swipe at. The parts lock into place and are secure for the stick. Overall happy he can play and enjoy chasing the balls around.

She loves it so much we are considering getting her into some hockey sports soon! The stick is pretty thick plastic so it is quite durable. The balls are a dense foam so they don’t hurt if struck on the body. Overall great sport toy addition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly takes less than 1 minute. So far it’s been pretty sturdy. The ball is soft so even when hit hard it won’t hurt if it lands on a person. My boys like it a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My LO is excited to open her new toy. Wet Little Tikes Sports Hockey toy is safe for 3+ years. Before this my kid was palying with actual bat and broke few of the things in home. But this is plastic bat and squishy ball, so they can play inside or outside with friends. Kids can get physical exercise without breaking anything in home 😅.

She loves this. She hasn’t broken anything with it yet. It’s slightly shorter than she is and the little balls are about the consistency of a whiffle ball without the holes. (My dogs think they are theirs. My toddler disagrees.) BONUS: the hockey stick is the perfect size to retrieve items that fall between the kitchen counter and the refrigerator… for what’s that’s worth.)
