How To Use

So I was looking for a spf tint that was lightweight, not greasy and didn't break me out. I love love love this product. I pair it with my it cosmetics Matte foundation for a little extra coverage. Only negative is the smell. Just use a nice setting spray to mask the smell.

The texture is fine, but I find that it gets cakey if you apply the ACTUAL amount you're supposed to wear to achieve SPF 50 as claimed.

I really wanted to like this product, it hit all my requirements: tinted, mineral, water resistant... But the smell is something out of the depths of the underworld. I could come up with lots of colorful descriptions but I'll spare you the gory details. The smell goes away eventually as it soaks into your skin but I literally have to hold my breath as I apply it. I hope the chemists can fix this bug because I'm willing to give it another shot but for now, I'm off to buy a different tinted mineral sunscreen that doesn't make me gag.

I tried another tinted moisturizer and I couldn't find the right shade and I just happen to ask one of the employees where the skin tint was to mix with the one I already had and she took me to this wonderful product and I was sold!!

The product itself is nice visually, but the smell is SO strong and it smells like its not safe to apply to your skin, let alone your face. I was so excited for this product but the smell is so strong my husband even comments on it when he goes to kiss me. I usually dont mind fragrance in products, but this is something different entirely. Its impossible to wear because of the smell so I had to throw it away.

I wanted to love this, the mineral primer is my absolute favorite. This looks good initially, though its a little hard to blend, but no matter what i do by the end if the day it completely pills off of me. Like it never sunk in.

Contains Butyloctyl Salicylate chemical UV filter. Not a true Mineral Sunscreen. Gave me skin rash for days. Wish they could make it without any salicylates. Burns eyes, face, neck. I do not recommend due to Chemcial Butyloctyl Salicylate.

I had high hopes for this but unfortunately it's a no go. The color range is great though but the finish is heavy for a sunscreen. It doesn't blend well and just sits on top of the skin. Very greasy and just not a pleasant feeling at all. Will return.

Overall, I loved it. As a black girl who has been waiting to find my shade i love this so much. it's in my shade, gives you a nice natural finish, and you can build it if you want. I also love that you can get your sunscreen in also!!

The regular sized one had my perfect shade but they were sold out so I decided to buy the mini version instead. They didn't have the exact shade I was looking for in the mini size but the one I got wasn't too far off. After wearing it for the whole day, my face felt really itchy and it felt very heavy on my face despite only putting on a very thin layer. I felt like my skin was also getting oily and it just was not for me. I love the products from Live Tinted and will continue to buy their products but this in particular would be a no-go.

I've been working through a mini size of this SPF 50 skin tint. I like how it looks right after I apply it-- great coverage without looking too makeup-y, very glowy and fresh finish. But it doesn't wear well throughout the day. After a couple of hours my skin looks patchy and textured and I just want to wash my face. I'm glad I got the mini as a free gift with purchase so I could test it out and realize this is not for me. I will stick with my holy grail Live Tinted SPF 30 sunscreen (that stuff makes my skin look incredible).

I have been searching for a light foundation that had spf for years. Let me tell you, this delivers in spades! The shade 09 is a perfect match that melts into my skin. I did not think it smelled bad but the scent did disappear after I applied it. So, if youre looking for light coverage with SPF 50 that is also moisturizing, I highly recommend this multi-tasking juggernaut.

This product has just the right color and consistency to camouflage my imperfections while keeping my look natural. Unlike some mineral sunscreens, it doesn't dry out my sensitive skin or settle into my fine lines. I do have to let it "set" a bit before I continue with my makeup routine. I've used just about every high-end mineral tinted sunscreen, and this one is better than any of them.
