Clinique Moisture Surge Sheertint Hydrator SPF 25 Tinted Moisturizer - 1.4 fl oz - Ulta Beauty

Nothing about this works. Loved original moisture surge products but wanted one with sunscreen. It smells weird, drys out skin, provides uneven coverage and peels. Extremely disappointed in this Clinique product!

As a former full-coverage foundation wearer, this has been a great transition to lighter coverage. I moisturize first, apply it with my fingertips, then gently press it in for a smooth, pore-friendly finish. While it sets, I add under-eye concealer. It starts off dewy, so I finish with either translucent powder or a light pigmented powder for a bit more coverage and to set everything in place. For more coverage I mix in a drop of Clinique foundation and get a PERFECT velvety finish (Age: early 40's) (Skin type: dry and sensitive prone) (color bought: Light Med) (My usage rate: daily - lasts 6 months)

When I used this for the first time, I wasn't sure I liked it and almost returned it. I thought it was pretty thick and would be heavy, more like a foundation. I dont like foundation and haven't worn it in 30+ years. Also, the color looked all wrong. But, once it was massaged into my skin, I loved the color and the look. And, it wasn't heavy at all. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I love it! I apply it before my serum is completely absorbed and it sets really well. My skin feels great, not greasy, not dry. It evens out skin tone and brightens my complexion. This is not full coverage, or even medium coverage. It's a tinted moisturizer with an SPF. My skin can breath with this moisturizer. I love it and am so glad I didn't return it!

I rarely use foundation so i tried this for an event. Looked beautiful and glowy wbrn wearing it, but the next two days ive had an unbelievable breakout. Im so upset.

Love this product. It goes on smooth and blend great. It is light and does not stay on creaces. Gotta love that alone!

I bought this for a trip. I don't wear full foundation most days- prefer a tinted sunscreen, spot concealing and a touch of bb powder. I tried this on its own, under foundation and with my usual bb powder and no matter what, it makes small pores look larger, pills, creates patches. I thought it might be the hot weather on the trip but it does the same thing back home in a more cool climate. I usually love the moisture surge line and am super disappointed that this didn't work out.

Love the light weight and feel of this on my skin. Just enough coverage and not too much like other foundations.

I've used many Clinique products and usually love them, but this one was a big disappointment. It didn't go on smoothly and clumped in several spots no matter how I applied it. The texture felt uneven and difficult to blend, and I honestly wasn't sure what the product was supposed to do. Definitely not up to Clinique's usual quality.

I purchased this product in a face-to-face consultation. I wanted a light coverage/sheer product that would even up my skin tone and minimally settle into my fine lines and have SPF for daily use. I use DDML daily on my face. (This was prior to the launch of DDML with SPF.) The first time I used this with DDML. After a few minutes, it "curdled" on my face like a bad custard. Next time I used no DDML- just straight Sheertint. But it did the same thing. No matter what I do, it curdles on my skin. I have no allergy to it - no itching, burning, or redness, and for that I am very happy considering the SPF. But my skin has just rejected this product. I do not know why. I had an issue with another Moisture Surge product in the past. Not the original first formulation, but the 72-hour auto-replenishing hydrator. I did have itching and redness with that one. I am hesitant to try the 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator. But I definitely cannot use this Moisture Surge Sheertint Hydrator. I am sorry, Clinique.

i'm a little confused about how this landed in the moisture surge line. it bears no semblance to anything else in clinique's moisture surge lineup; it's not rich, moisturizing, dewy, etc. it's very drying and matte. i'm very confused.

A+ Great feel and coverage, applies quickly/easily for busy older woman with good skin. Considered Clinique a young woman's product, but am pleasantly surprised with the look and feel! Gives my face a rosy sun-kissed glow and keeps my routine easy.

After trying the Even Better Vitamin Foundation, I was inspired to try more Clinique foundations, but this wasn't it. It leaves you very shiny and it wasn't hydrating, which I was expecting it to be, given it's called Moisture Surge. The shininess made my pores look huge and I wound up returning it. I don't recommend this one, but the Vitamin foundation is fantastic!

I have been using this product for a few years now and love it!!! It is not a heavy coverage product and doesn't take much to cover your face. I use it for everyday work bare minimum coverage. It is like a lotion with a little color tint. I don't wear a lot of makeup (unless it's a big event or night out) but do like something that evens my face skin tone out on most days. This is perfect for that with a little blush, powder, mascara and lip gloss and I am out the door. The SPF is great too and helps my face from getting burnt. The other day I did my daily routine but was outside in the sun for almost 4 hours straight. I was shocked I did not turn red at all. I came home looked at myself and thought, Wow must have been that SPF , because I would normally burn on my nose and cheeks. So overall great light weight, SPF coverage and goes a long way. Try it out.

I recently found this product. I had originally bought it in a lighter shade which was too light for summer use. It has just the right amount of moisture. It doesn't leave my skin shiny.

Wanted to love this, but it pills on my face no matter what skincare regimen I use. It doesn't blend well and requires a lot of effort with a foundation brush to spread. The pigment pools around my pores to make my sebaceous filaments very visible - odd because I can't see them at all when I don't wear makeup. On top of that, it makes me skin look greasy and orange. Two thumbs down.

I tried this one after trying the Drmtology tinted moisturizer and Iike Clinique 1,000x better. I've never worn liquid foundation in my life, but my once youthful oily skin is now 41 and dry so loose powder wasn't cutting it. This is the perfect.

I love it so much, I wear it instead of foundation. Looks good and feels wonderful.

been looking for a decent all in one spf, moisturizer, and light coverage for daily use, an clinique has come through yet again for me! well worth the investment imo, you really only need a small amount, and it actually delivers great coverage for me (comparing to my usual moisturizer, primer, foundation, and powder makeup wear). good color correcting coverage as well as good pore coverage. very moisturizing, i always struggle with flakiness or sweating off product woth foundation, so this really does the job with that. i feel like i sweat/get greasy with normal makeup products after awhile even with a setting spray, whereas this just feels like i literally just have a moisturizer on. would love it more if if was a higher SPF, and price is a bit steep but honestly worth it cause you really dont need much at all. ive seen some reviews saying to apply with a blender or brush, but i just use my fingers like i do normal moisturizer and it works just fine.
