My purchase came ripped and dirty, there was a hole on the lunch bag and the back of it has a dirt or stain on it. This is very unprofessional and i am not happy with my purchase. But other than this issue the bag was alright. I don’t recommend if this is a continuous issue.

Did not come with pencil case, as advertised and on list of backpack's contents. My daughter was very disappointed(what kids wouldn't be). Though she likes the backpack and it seems of good quality, it will be returned for a backpack with a pencil case.

My daughter loves the backpack and is excited to use it but the lunchbox was dirty when I picked up the order so its already stained before taking the tags off. I ordered for pick up and maybe the employee getting it didn't notice but I sure hope if they did they wouldn't sell it to someone.
