Truly a life saver!

Loop de loo
I carry Loop in my purse. I am often at music venues and the Loop makes it just a tad more comfortable by slightly dimming the sharp sounds. I am using them more than my hearing aids.

They work great, makes studying
They work great, makes studying or watching zoom meetings outdoors much easier. Crazy how well they nullify out the wind and leaves rustling noises. Occasionally annoying if the angles don't line up with what my ears want, but always possible to adjust a few times till the position is right. Highly recommend!

Save your time and money
Product never came. Continuously in a feedback loop with support trying to see if I will ever get my product or at least a refund with no resolution after over 50 days. This used to be a good company that I bought from years ago but like most things, the more they scale and automate the worse the quality becomes. Save your money and check out Earjobs or Earpeace.

I love heavy metal, my wife, not so much. I need supervision so she had to go with me. So I ordered these and she loved them. Fit was great. Noise all cut out and could still hold a conversation. Definitely recommend.

Great Earplugs
These are so great for so many situations. We bought them for our daughter who sometimes needs a little help to quiet things when the noise becomes a bit overwhelming for her. However, we all love them! They are easy to wear, easy to use (you can hear what you need but quiet the background noise), and not noticeable.

Used them at a concert
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used them at a concert for the first time. Overall a good experience, they kept the sound clear and filtered out crowd noise from people around me. Very comfortable. It was a unique experience for me since I have never worn earplugs before, but that's a me thing to get used to not a slight on the loops.

Worst customer service of all time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered from this company more than 3 weeks ago because I needed new earplugs for Seven Stars Music Festival. I have no returned from the festival and THEY ARE STILL NOT HERE. After talking with their incompetent AI assistant for a week and a half leading up to the festival I tried opening a ticket for a real human to help with my order. This has still not happened. I’m honestly at a loss for words with how horribly this has been handled and will be returning the product immediately (if they ever come).

Elevate Your Experience
I attend a lot of sporting events and concerts and noticed I wouldn’t enjoy them as much, as I would getting headaches, ringing or the ears. Purchased loops and I will say, GAME CHANGER! I can experience events now and don’t have worry about any issues now. Highly recommend.
