Terrible customer service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very unhappy with customer service. I ordered the switch 2 Loops over 2 weeks ago and still have not received them. Customer service has been very unhelpful saying that I would receive shipping updates after an initial "shipping delay" email but did not. After contacting via chat, I was told of the shipping issue and offered a 20% discount on a future purchase with no way to reply to the email. My email to customer service has only had automated replies so far. This is my 2nd pair of Loops and don't anticipate needing another pair for a long time ao the future discount does not help me. Although I do really like and am satisfied with my first pair, I'm not sure I would ever order again due to the very poor customer service amd their unwillingness to expedite another pair before my travel date or offer much help.

Challenging
Trying to see if the correct setting is selected for the concert experience while in the darkness at the Venus was a disaster for me :( While putting the plug into the ear it switches to another setting so easily and it’s impossible to turn it back to the middle one if it’s already inside the ear. I wish I have bought the one that is ONLY for the concerts. Also sooo hard to figure out which one is left or right when you’re at the show in the dark :(

Just what I was looking for - great choice
Finally got these after going to a concert (Gaga) where the people right behind me were screaming so loud that it hurt my ears. I'm never going to tell folks enjoying an awesome show to quiet down but I also never again want to be at a concert where it feels like my eardrums are going to blow! I thought these would be the ones to try with varying degrees of sound dampening and I declare them VERY cool! Used them for one or two songs at my next concert (Mt. Joy) at the lightest setting and they were great. . . could totally hear the music, just felt like it slightly damped the highest/most ear-rattling parts. Super easy to pop them in and out of my ears and with the customizable tips they fit perfectly and I find them easy to turn up or down. I'm lucky enough to have really good hearing but I know people who are already losing some of theirs so these seemed like a good choice for when the sound is turned "up to an 11". Definitely recommend.

I used them at a festival and at a restaurant on Experience Mode. They worked well, I could hear my friends most of the time. Unfortunately, it can’t block out the sound of the tv, not even on Quiet mode. I have to go to the second floor and shut the door if I don’t want to hear it. Most of all, I love the gold color.

Game changer!
I wore my loops out dancing and went home hours later with no headache, no ringing in my ears, and energy to spare. A few days before that, I'd worn them to go to the farmer's market and kept them in while chatting. I could not be more delighted with these.

My New Concert Go-To!
I purchased two sets of the Loop Switch 2 for my boyfriend and I to use at a stadium concert, and we were incredibly happy with their performance. They helped take out the crowd din as well as make the performers sound crisp and clear. I couldn't believe the difference in sound between having the Loops in and what the stadium sounded like without them. Having these absolutely made the evening. Thank you for such a great product!

Enhancement to improvemnt
The Loop Switch 2 ear plugs have been a saving grace in my choir rehearsals. They blot out all of the negative frequencies and "shouting" that are common in choir. They have allowed me to work more in my own voice without the distractions of a "screaming" choir. They are well worth the time and money if you are seeking to improve you own voice.

They were perfect for the flight and walking around the city, going to bars and listening to live music. I love how sleek they look, how comfortable they feel, and that they come with different sizes of ear tips (I’ve always struggled with sizes. Not this time!). Even my husband ended up using them and loved them, so now I’m getting a pair for him too! The different noise control options are super convenient for any situation. Totally worth it!

Loving The Versatility
While I’m still getting used to conversations in engage mode, I do find that the switch 2s are comfortable and versatile. As a mother of 3, its helps me with overstimulation from the kids playing, happy screams or long evenings when the little ones are over tired. I’ve also used them at Dave and Buster’s on an afternoon date when it’s super busy. Helps to keep the extra noses to a minimum pr to put yourself into a focus mode without the heaviness of over ear noise cancelling headphones and hoping there’s some battery left.

Love my Loops
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore my Loops to an NHL hockey game and I was quite impressed with how I was able to switch between sound levels based on the activities around me. This is my second pair of Loops and I have always been impressed with the fit and the comfort of them. I was able to shut out the overwhelming background noise and I did not need to wind down after the game. The price of the Loops is not overly expensive.
