I started these prenatal probiotics a couple weeks after finding out I was pregnant. I was dealing with a lot of bloating, gas, and constipation. I know those symptoms generally improve as your pregnancy progresses but I really think this probiotic gave me a boost towards recovery. I am regular now and although I still feel bloated and full occasionally I don’t have painful gas. I plan to continue taking these throughout my pregnancy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take 6 different prenatals totalling at least 14 pills a day, and this one is the smallest and easiest to take. Not really sure as to effectiveness yet, as I haven't given birth yet or taken the test to see if its even necessary. However my midwife suggested that if I were to be taking a probiotic, that it have at least 5 species of bacteria and this one received her approval which made me happy.

I’ve used them for the last couple months now and they really help get things moving/stay regular. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and wish I’d found sooner. No aftertaste and nice small pill where you just take one.

I only wish I started taking these sooner! I started at 32 weeks and since then, BMs have been easy and regular and my digestion just feels good and easy overall. I was having constant heartburn prior to taking these, now my heartburn is about 80% better, which I consider a win. I will continue to take these for the remainder of my pregnancy and then switch over to their postnatal probiotic. I will absolutely be taking these from the start when we decide to have another child. I did not have any morning sickness this pregnancy however, I know things could be different next time around and I feel a sense of relief knowing these are supposed to help with morning sickness if that does arise. Thanks lovebug!!

These helped me during pregnancy tremendously. I had regular, easy bowl movements, no heartburn or upset tummy I hear other momma's talk about. I rarley write reviews but these were so great I couldn't not. There are a lot of products out there and these are ones I purchased over and over again

I am 16 weeks pregnant and have two capsules of my first bottle left. I have had severe nausea and constipation this whole pregnancy. It's been so so bad. Since taking this, I'm 70% better with the nausea & my poops aren't so bad and are DEFINITELY regular now!

I took these prenatal probiotic pills daily during pregnancy and luckily did not feel queasy or have morning sickness issues at all. Whenever pregnant women complain about morning sickness, I always recommend this product as a go to.
