De-bloat and improve digestion
This is by far the best probiotic I have tried and I have tried a lot. I have always struggled with digestion and regularity. This has me feeling great, going to the bathroom daily and no bloat. I recommend 100%.

Well rounded probiotics !
This supplement along with the healthy diet has gotten my gut back in good working order and side benefit my hair is not falling out anymore. I believe the increase in lactobacillus has really helped improved my gut health and overall health.

Great Supplement!
I have been using these for a couple years now and recently miscalculated and ran out of my probiotics. I have had gastritis and a lot of stomach discomfort and within a couple days of using them again the bloating and pain was significantly less.

Missing strains count
Bought this a month ago but seen no improvements in my digestive problems. Unfortunately BioSchwartz dont mention the exact numbers of the strains included so I can make changes in the strains I take in the future
