Luck Live fabric sofa, mid-century modern, with cushions, with pillows, suitable for living room

Target lied that they started a return for this item a month back after I verified a couple of times just then (is recorded) and on top of it they refuse to help me address their mishap with Affirm (the payment method I used to pay for item ) as far as even making a note that the item was never able to deliver due to FedEx exception they knew of a month back when they told me when I called about it a 5th time overall. Now a month forward I’m being charged still for a 1k+ balance for an item I will never receive or at least be discounted for if I did still need a couch (which I do). But based on Targets advice a month ago, I called a few times between Affirm and Target just during those days to make sure that Affirm also knew what Target told me, that item was an exception on delivery with FedEx, thus cancelled with Target and Affirm should see this shortly updated on their end. Now a month later Target is refusing to make a note that that’s what’s occurred to help customer mend their mistake with Affirm. I’d give this a -5 (minus) 5 stars if I could for service and product. Especially service! Target shameful for customer experience !! Ps: Rep on the Target.com also refused to let me try and resolve up the chain of command, telling me there is basically nothing I can do as a customer and I have to take on their error and responsibility with Affirm to mend their mistake they admitted to on phone several times. So unexpected of Target and shameful to know we had family members working for corp representing Target for years. I’ll be absolutely speaking of this experience all around to everyone around to beware and also on my blogs and media.
