The smell is awful
The smell is so awful. The lavender smells nice for a second and then there is this rotten disgusting smell that comes after from the sage. It’s so bad. I threw this right in the trash which is unfortunate because it’s not cheap but I would never put this on my body.

Not for sweaty arm pits, get the new Sweat Control version
I bought this in store accidentally thinking this was the Sweat Control stick which I find works much better and keeps my under arms dry. This cream version without sweat control doesn’t do much for my arm pits but works fine in other areas. Unfortunately the Sweat Control version isn’t even available in stores yet and can only be found on the Lume website. This is also my favorite scent that I’ve tried so far. It smells like lavender but also kind of sweet and gluelike. That’s kind of the issue with the other scents unfortunately but i find this scent to be the least offensive.

Best Deodorant
I sweat a lot and had trouble before. Always had to use powder to hopefully absorb the odors. Since using Lume, I no longer worry about odor and have stopped using powder too. I’m a guy but I love the Lavender deodorant. Best ever, period!!!

Gave me a fungal infection on my underarms
I wanted to like this deoderant.. The scent is great in my opinion and I loved that it's aluminum free (The first aluminum free deoderant that I've try after switching from Old Spice). However, I've been using it for 2 weeks and it gave me a fungal infection on my underarms, which is not something I've ever experienced before. I had to go see a doctor to get prescribed anti-fungal medications and topicals to fix it. The doctor said that when he heard I'd recently started using Lume and saw my underarms, he knew immediately what it was. He said he's seen it many times and that something in Lume's formula reacts poorly with some people's skin and fine with others. So my recommendation is, if you really want to try it, just watch very closely for signs of a rash/infection forming.

If you can get past the smell, it works!
Smells AWFUL!!! One of the worst smells ever and I’d give it a -5 stars if there was an option. BUT I go all day without any body odor. The only deodorant that has worked for me postpartum. I cover my nose when I apply it but at least feel better throughout the day.

Smells awful and doesn't work
It smells AWFUL. I accidentally bought the lavender sage instead of the powder scent. The lavender sage smells like body odor and on top of that, it doesn't seem to keep me fresh like the powder scented one. Very disappointed with this especially for the cost.

Not what I was hoping for!
I’ve been wanting to try this deodorant for a long time, but from the moment I smelled it I knew it wasn’t for me. I think I actually smell worse after putting it on, and it doesn’t last long at all. My least complaint is that it burns my skin after applying, which is not something I’m used to.
