Absolutely love the pump style bottle. Will continue using to see if it’s all I need in a shampoo. That’s the only reason I have a 4 because sometimes my hair hates products after a month.

I think the consistency is a little thin - sometimes I need multiple pumps to larger my whole head. But— I do have very thick hair. I was very happy with how good my hair looked naturally drying as opposed to blow drying after using this product. Multiple people have complimented how shiny my hair looks!

When I'm washing, my hair feels extremely dry, almost stripped, and very rough to the touch. It feels like it's been completely dried out. I never use this shampoo without the matching conditioner, but if I were to, I think the dryness would be a huge problem. Luckily, the conditioner is very good and completely saves my hair after the wash. So, while this shampoo does a good job of cleansing and preparing my hair, the feeling it gives my hair before the conditioner is a major negative for me. I also didn't love the scent, though it isn't strong or offensive. Overall, it's effective, but be prepared for a dry feeling during the wash process.

I unfortunately have such a hard time with my scalp reacting negatively to soaps and this shampoo dried out my scalp. I really wanted to love it! I’d say it does strip the hair some. Of course when I go in with the conditioner, that dryness feel goes away. It has does give my hair some shine. The ends do look a bit dry, but I do apply some hair oil to help. It’s an okay shampoo. Hubby has been using it as well, no complaints from him.
