Our diapers are designed to fit babies within the weight limitations on the packages, and we're disappointed to hear that these were smaller than expected. If your baby is near the top of the weight range, please move up to size 4 as it will be bigger with more absorbent materials. Our colorants both inside and outside of the diaper have been carefully assessed and tested for safety, and have been proven safe for infants and children. Additionally, the colors used on the inside of the diaper are embedded in the diaper materials and should not transfer to baby’s skin. The colors on the outside should not transfer to babies’ skin, but occasionally this can happen, especially with the use of baby skin lotions. If this happens, the colors are safe, and can be removed using baby oil and a soft cloth.
