Second to get results you need to use it for an hour a day(who has that kind of time). It made the product feel extra grifty. Third and most importantly it has a pretty painful massage that’s really rough on the skin. I got this product for free and am torn between giving it away to my buy nothing group and just tossing it.

I like the coolness of the balls . I did notice after using it I felt less tense in my back area and less bloated in my stomach area.
