The durability of it is very strong comfort it felt really good on my leg as I was using it packaging bright green. You can’t miss it then overall, it felt really good. I’m on my leg as I was using it so I would recommend the product. Only thing I would say is more better instructions on how to really make it effectively usable.

I'm not sure about the lymphatic benefits but it felt good to use it on my legs after a run. It comes with instructions on how to use it for full body detoxification.

I used it on my shoulder and neck because it's been hurting. I've used it for an hour at most with oil for a couple of days and it feels very relaxing and I don't feel tension in my shoulder. Definitely be consistent with this, use it everywhere its also good for sculpting your body.

I prefer using this in the shower or fresh out of the shower with a body oil. Helps with fluid retention and circulation. I wish this was made of stone or metal vs plastic, but it feels secure nonetheless.

It’s bigger than the face ones so it is more efficient on the body. I’ve noticed less swelling and a more snatch collarbone as that’s where I’ve been using it the most
