This color looks universally good on everyone, I bought it for my Filipino friend who is more Asian and I am more Caucasian and it looks great on both of us! It is more of a pink, less light than the picture with a hint of brown (lip color). I am on bottle 3, the first time I have ever ordered that many times in a row! I will say I don't like the Matte as well as the satin. oh well!

It is so hard to find a good purple lipstick… most of them are just too pink! I want a shade that is more on the blue side, like a true violet. Although this sliiiiiightly more pink than I would like (when I wipe it off, my lips are stained fuchsia), it is far better than other option that claim they are purple. This was the best option I could find in-store. Now, the formula… it's good quality, doesn't bleed; I like the matte formula better, it stays put longer. Overall, I might buy this again, but I have since found a purple I like better. I do in fact wear shades like purple and orange on a daily basis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mehr is an absolute gorgeous color. I have been a MAC fan for forever now (20+ yrs). I love their consistency in all their products and branding. That being said their lipstick has great color payoff, rich creamy consistency, and just a bomb product period.

I bought two shades : Mehr and Velvet teddy . Both of them , in my opinion , are very basic and great for everyday wearing . The texture is silky and do not make my lips dry . I believe that these ones are going to be my new favorites.
