MAC Prep + Prime Lip Primer - 0.05oz - Ulta Beauty

I have dry skin and normally my lipstick cracks when I wear it. This primer moisturizes my lips and minimizes cracking. It leaves them buttery soft, and my lipstick doesn't budge. It feels like a lip treatment that just happens to help with lipstick.

Great for extending lipstick/liner wear time and making application much smoother. This is something I probably never would have tried at full price. I managed to pick one up on the Boots ten pounds Tuesdays so purchased out of curiosity, and Im glad I did. My lips aren't dry, I moisture them am/pm and exfoliate them a couple of times a week.

I never use to prep my lips before applying lipstick. This has been a staple to keep my lipstick lasting and to also keep my lips moisturized.

DID NOT WORK WELL FOR ME. GREASY FORMULA. LOVE MY LIPS TO BE HYDRATED BUT NOT GREASY. RETURNED AFTER A WEEK OF USE.

This is amazing! I have always struggled to find something that keeps my lipliner/lipstick in place but thought I'd give this a try when buying a new lipliner. Used it and was out for a few hours without access to a mirror and thought my lipliner would be all over the place but no! It looked like I had just applied it. Made the lipliner look better and usually there is some bleeding/messy edges but not with this! Buy it :-) I will be buying again! So happy with it!!!

This lip primer is great, keeps my lips smooth for my lipstick. It's a bit pricey for very little product but it does the job.

I was told to apply this before using my lipstick. I needed to wait a little until it got sticky on my lips and then apply lipstick and it would hold. It never got sticky and my lipstick disappeared much faster than before I used the product. Waste of money.

I use this every morning after using a gentle sugar scrub for lips. It is lightweight but moisturizing.

So far, Prep+Prime Lip Primer is my favorite primer. I have an auto-immune disorder and cannot wear most products. I am prone to bad contact allergies that will last 10 days at a time, and this is one product that I can wear. If I get it beyond my lips, my skin will react, but if I keep it where it's supposed to be, I'm fine. It does not have a fragrance and works better than Anastasia in terms of eliminating that ugly feathering that women of a certain age experience. It's a good product!

This makes my lipstick go on way more smoothly than using a regular lip balm underneath. It helps it stay on longer, without creasing, caking or getting patchy. It's not dry like another brand I've tried. I used it with any brand of lipstick not just MAC.

I was very apprehensive about this product. But it makes my rather dry (older) lips feel much smoother for lipstick application. I still apply the lipstick in two coats, dabbing on tissue between and find the lipstick stays on well. Happy Days ??

I not only use this for my lips while doing my makeup but i also apply under my eyes before concealer to fill in lines! Love this product i always try to find it on sale

Started using this product 2 years ago and it really keeps your lipstick on, if used properly.

This does not plump at all. It moisturizes, makes lipstick go on smoother & possibly last a little longer. Helps lipstick stay in place. Basically the same benefits as using any chapstick except you get it in the pretty, slim tube & it says MAC on it so its visually appealing.

Will forever repurchase! Makes every lipstick better!!!

Started using since last year. I used to be loyal to another brand for about 8 years and switched to Mac after the other product degraded in quality and would fall apart. The price for Mac is higher but I only have to apply once and I’m good. I’m so happy it’s available at Target now. I wear matte lipstick and sometimes gloss, and the product does not move around.

I've enjoyed this purchase (on sale) and once tacky, helps keep my lowuid lipstick stay well. However the price point for this is way too high to justify paying full price.
