Pro: I really do like this. The color looks good & it lasts a good amount of time on me. The BIG con - one of the color activators was missing from my kit. Or, I should say, the tube was there but it was empty. I am honestly perplexed by this. So I won’t be purchasing again.

I got full coverage. I left it on longer than recommended..probably 30 minutes, because I have very stubborn greys. I think for the price, there should be more product. I have thick hair and I have grays on the back of my head that I couldn’t get to due to the limited quantity. Overall I think it’s a great product and I will repurchase.

Covers gray hairs OK, but no better than any other at-home kit. Upon application, it was burning my scalp. Didn’t leave it longer than instructed—it just burns!!! I ended up shedding a layer of my entire scalp. Not pretty!

I've used this product twice now and I regret it. It made my hair really greasy for months and it made my curls go away. My hair loses its curls when I use it. I thought it was hormonal at first and then the second time I used it the same thing happened and I realized it was this hair color. I googled it to see if others had this issue and apparently there's a lawsuit going on about people having reactions to their haircolor.
