The best liquid liner. Ever.
I've been using liquid liner to do cat eyes for the past 20 years at least. This liner is my favorite that I've ever used. The brush is perfect for getting that precise wing. It stays on amazingly well especially considering it isn't waterproof. I honestly haven't and won't use any other liner since I found it quite awhile ago.

I’m used to using a lot of brush-style liquid eyeliners, and WOW this is such an affordable go-to now. I’ve used wet and wild’s megaliners but always have never been partial to their felt tips and this is exactly the brush, perfect formula eyeliner I’ve been looking for. Doesn’t smudge all that much: but be careful when applying.
