This eyeliner would be absolutely perfect if it didn't keep exploding in my eye and making my eye completely black and getting onto my contact lenses. There's gotta be a better way to package this!

Love how durable it is, and love the shade and also I would love if it was a bit more darker brown.

I bought this pen bc the eyeliner I was using wouldn't stick if I put lotion on my face. I use the elf brow gel, and it's way better than the expensive stuff, so I was like, let's give the eyeliner a try. Not only did it go on like butter, it looked amazing, made me feel like a queen. On top of that, my allergies made my left eye water all day, no smudges. Later, I cried my eyes out because men suck. Still there. I then used my electric face scrubber with my face wash before bed. While it did get most of it off, there was a very stubborn part that was like, no ma'am. Men won't stay, but this eyeliner will definitely try. 10/10 recommend.

Transfers/crumbles after drying for 5+ minutes. Eyeliner starts to leak after opening cap.

Don't know how I only found this eyeliner this year. I've been spending all sorts of $ at other brand names only to have the liner smeared and running down my eyes within hours. This pen not only stays but it's fine tip allows for great wings. This is the best. I will continue to buy and only buy this brand.

This is the smoothest eyeliner I have ever tried to put on!

Good product it just starts to bubble and leak after multiple uses. that's my only con with this product, but I'm on my 3rd or 4th liner.

I am definitely a big fan of elf products and this eyeliner blew my mind. It’s so smooth, pencil applicator and easy to apply. Glides on the eyes easily. Waterproof, smudge proof, and super long lasting until you remove it literally. I love love this. Definitely worth buying and won’t brake the bank either. Highly recommended.

The pen has fantastic balance! I suck at liquid eyeliner but with the H2O Proof pen, I can draw a line! It doesn't bleed into fine lines either. I love the Chestnut Brown shade. Highly Recommend!

Definitely water- and cryproof! It does not bleed into the fine lines either and stays very sharp (even after rubbing my eyes by accident). Plus the brown color is stunning.

With older skin a regular eyeline is sometimes hard to apply. This one glides right on. Love it. Stay clam, deep breath and just draw that line! You got it!

The way the tip of this eyeliner pen is shaped makes it suuuuper easy to apply and make straight lines (which is something I struggle with) and it’ll stay on for hours! Totally love this!!
