Q: I tried twisting the eyeliner to bring more up but the bottom part broke off and now it won’t twist. Am I doing something wrong or is mine defective?

Q: Are these waterproof? The old formula of these was waterproof before the rebranding.

These pencils are loaded with creamy gem-tone pigments.This liner is not waterproof, but we do suggest trying our Epic Wear Liquid Liner. This Liquid Liner is a longwear eyeliner that is waterproof, smudge-proof and it dries down to a striking matte finish. The applicator allows for precision and easy application. LOVE this eyeliner. It’s my go-to. Only thing is the packaging sucks. Every single one I’ve had has had the issue. At some point, when you open the cap, the product leaks on to your finger. Still, it’s my go to at this price point. Super dark, clean lines, stays well.

It’s super great for the price. I use a light brown for a daily look and it’s a very soft subtle line. Not super precise or bold and it will wipe off pretty easy if you try so not what you would usually expect with a liner.

I like how smooth the eyeliner pen glided on but still was able to draw precise lines on my eye with this beautiful brown color! Would recommend for anyone starting with makeup.
