Q: I really like Mae Ploy's Green and Panang curry pastes. Very authentic flavors! But, they are spicy! Is the red too? Any alternative recommendations greatly welcomed.

  • A: I've only tried the Yellow and Red ones. The yellow is pretty mild, and the red one is really spicy!

Hands down the best red curry paste you can buy and it’s hard to find! Perfect prepared with coconut milk and whatever protein and/or veggies you have on hand. It is spicy so start with less you can always add more!
