Q: I really like Mae Ploy's Green and Panang curry pastes. Very authentic flavors! But, they are spicy! Is the red too? Any alternative recommendations greatly welcomed.

A: I've only tried the Yellow and Red ones. The yellow is pretty mild, and the red one is really spicy!

Hands down the best red curry paste you can buy and it’s hard to find! Perfect prepared with coconut milk and whatever protein and/or veggies you have on hand. It is spicy so start with less you can always add more!

Glad target carry it. Just follow the direction and add fresh pepper at almost the end of cooking. Then finish it with Thai basil just before turning the heat off.

Best Curry Paste!
I tried the Maeseri first, but it is way too sodium laden. The Mae Ploy is great! I am so grateful that Target carries this product!
