Honestly this is a diaper bag must have for us. It’s been game changer for on the go especially at restaurants and on the airplane! We recently traveled to Japan and Guam from Utah and this was a huge hit for my 3 year old while traveling. The magnetic container is my favorite part so you can built on it!

If you’re like me and never home or always planning the next trip to see family, do yourself a favor and snag these. These were gifted to us and honestly, they’ve saved me so much headache on long drives. The tin is perfect. You can draw designs to sit in the tin to play with. You can build on the tin… sooooo many things to do with this set! We love it!

Magnets strength could be better. They fell apart pretty easily compared to the full sized tiles. Size - they really are mini making them cute but I would not give this toy to a toddler! I feel they could put it in their mouth, they do warn of choking hazard but I won’t recommend for kids younger than 4. Material - plastic is smooth and feels durable. Price - feel like you’re breaking the bank but this Brand has always been on the premium side. Now, there are options out there, more tiles, same or slightly cheaper, pics for reference.

Magnatiles are definitely on the pricey side, but in my opinion, they’re the best-quality magnet tiles out there. I especially love this mini set in the carrying case—it’s perfect for my toddler, who likes to bring his toys everywhere. It makes on-the-go or indoor-to-backyard play super easy. Just a heads-up: the mini tiles don’t mix very well with the standard-sized ones, so if you already have a mini set or want to try them out, this travel set is a great choice. I do wish the price was a bit lower, but overall, it’s a solid buy.

There were numerous things he was able to create with these fun small magnets! The case is great for in the go and will be easy to throw in our diaper bag or use when we travel this summer. My little one was completely absorbed with it on the plane and even during long restaurant waits. The pieces are noticeably smaller than regular Magna-Tiles, which makes them super portable, but they still feel sturdy and have that satisfying “click” when they connect. The tin case it comes in is a brilliant touch—it doubles as both storage and a magnetic building surface. No lost pieces under airplane seats! My child was able to build little houses, towers, and shapes, and the tin kept everything contained and easy to clean up. It’s also great because it encourages creativity and focus without any screens involved. The only minor downside is that the tiles are quite small—perfect for travel, but definitely something to keep away from younger siblings or toddlers who might try to put them in their mouths. Overall, I’d say this is a travel must-have for parents with kids 3+. It’s educational, quiet, compact, and surprisingly entertaining even after multiple uses. We’ll be keeping this in our travel bag permanently.

The larger tiles are great, but pretty unwieldy for a car ride for the little one or in the waiting room for an appointment. These mini tiles are perfect for that! The best part is the super convenient tin that snaps close and fits easily in my purse or car door pocket. The bright colors and same durable plastic are excellent for travel!
