Though it's mainly known as an active compound in plants and a widely distributed natural pigment, Liquid Chlorophyll may also be useful for the human body! It’s been found that Chlorophyll, as Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin, may help benefit the immune system and support cellular health.

Was a 5 star but not anymore
This used to be such a good supplement. But I’ve noticed it’s been watered down a bit or somehow the formula has changed for the worst. I do have some newer one, and maybe that one will be more like the original, but it’s my back stock and haven’t gotten to it yet. Once this bottle is finished I’ll be able to see if the change is a permanent one or just this particular batch. But the changes aren’t good ones. Used to be a 5 star for me, but until I can get to the newer batch is a 3 for me.

The mint flavor is very mild in this which I appreciate greatly. I think I’ve noticed slight improvements health wise using this product such as skin improvements and feeling better. But I can’t tell if it’s due to this supplement or the fact that I have been getting more water in daily because of it (it really makes it easier for me to get through that first big glass of water each day because I enjoy the taste). My only complaint is the bottle seems to leak a bit.

I was sceptical about trying Mary Ruth vitamins only because I’ve never been able to use multivitamins without having stomach issues. But WOW!!! I’m so glad I ordered as I have fallen in love with the multivitamin and night time minerals. So much so that I’ve just put in a second large order so I can try other products too! Almost finished with the bottle. Easy to use dropper. The chlorophyll itself was rich in color, and the mint taste wasn't too strong. Didn't really see a difference in energy or body odor necessarily.

This is the first time I have ever taken this stuff before. Not sure if it will show me any benefits or not but I figured it wont hurt to try! Flavor: best way I can describe it is peppermint moss. After effects: My tongue stayed a lovely shade of emerald green for a good while and the flavor was still there until it went away. No amount of drinking took it away üòÇ. But it did have a cooling effect due to the peppermint which is nice.

The taste of this is lightly peppermint. It also just has a clean feel(hard to explain). I put 3 droppers in a 16 oz water bottle daily. It does change the color of your bowels just FYI.
