I haven’t taken this consistently, but every time that I do, I notice a difference in my focus! The taste is very pleasant and it’s easy to take. I used to take cbd for calm focus, but I think I can swap that out with this product.

All of Mary Ruth's products are great. This one for Astragalus Root is wonderful due to it's easy to take dropper version. I love it's natural organic ingredients and it's benefits to Heart, immune health and overall wellness.

I have been using this for a little over a week. I have taken other liquid of different brands and this is not strong tasting compared to many others. I recommend if you want a liquid but not a strong taste, try Mary Ruths.

I love having lots of immune supporting supplements and herbal drops on hand and I just have to ask myself, how have I not known about this?! Totally worth it and worth staying healthy during the holiday season when everyone else is sick around me. It's very mild tasting and something you can drop right into your mouth or add to water or juice without noticing. This will become a regular staple in our home!
