Not great
Similar to other reviews, it does calm them and make both of my toddlers fall asleep faster. However, every single time they took one, they would wake up in the middle of the night wide awake, which they normally wouldn’t do. I went through half a bottle testing to see if it was the gummies or something else, but it only happened after taking these.

Adverse effect on my daughter
My daughter has been taking the multivitamin and it's been great! Shes struggling to calm down and get to sleep at night and I really REALLY wanted these to work as I was so happy to see that they are sugar free and melatonin free. Unfortunately, they had the absolute opposite effect on her! She's been taking HOURS to fall asleep, getting out of bed multiple times. I'm so disappointed.

Doesn’t Work For Us
Unfortunately, these do not work for our child. In fact, they actually did the complete opposite of putting him to sleep! When giving Melatonin, he is usually asleep about a half hour later. With nothing, he usually will take about an hour to relax and fall asleep. With these, multiple nights in a row, it has taken him 2-2.5 hours to fall asleep. We tried them multiple times to give them a fair chance, however I would not recommend!

Makes my child hyper
This first night we tried these my 2 year old slept fairly well. Anytime after that seemed to make her hyper and had the opposite affect on her. She took hours to settle. I told My pediatrician and she said B vitamins give energy

Terrible side effects
I tried this once with my toddler and never giving them again. I only gave her half the gummy. She fell asleep within 30-45 minutes of consuming. She woke up about an hour later, screaming, eyes still shut and unable to wake up and snap out of what I think was a nightmare. She never has nightmares. This was scary to watch because I tried to wake her up for about 2 minutes. Returning these ASAP

Caution: Vitamin B6 can cause vivid dreams, sleep inertia, and insomnia
Although Vitamin B6 has been shown to help with sleep, excessive supplementation with Vitamin B6 can have the opposite effect. Supplementation with Vitamin B6 can cause vivid dreams and sleep inertia - waking up feeling like you're still in a dream state. This is a *very* uncomfortable feeling where it's tough to distinguish between sleep and wake. Fortunately, this uncomfortable feeling wears off after an hour or so, but will interrupt and ruin sleep. So, the net result will be the opposite of what is desired - insomnia and not even wanting to sleep to avoid sleep inertia. Imagine a child experiencing these symptoms but not knowing the reason why or how to explain this. Imagine the long-term consequences of insomnia. Thus, I would highly discourage supplementation with Vitamin B6 at high doses, especially right before bed.

I have been trying it for a week with my 4 yr old and it’s slowly starting to work. She is waking up less during the night so let’s see how it continues. She is a very picky eater and refuse to eat anything with color. She doesn’t even eat candy or anything that has a funny texture to her, so far so good with these.
