The yellow gummies are Super Punch flavored, the orange gummies are Papaya flavored, and the red gummies are Strawberry flavored. These gummies are too hard for kids
The gummies are much harder than expected, making them difficult for children to eat. You’d assume they would have a soft, chewy texture like typical gummies, but instead, they’re firm and tough. My child usually enjoys regular chewy gummies, but refused to eat these because of how hard they are.

Perfect Multivitamin for Toddlers
My toddler loves these Mary Ruth kids’ vitamins! We switched from Mary Ruth’s liquid multivitamin to these gummies. I was apprehensive about the chewiness of the gummy as oftentimes they are thick and harder for little toddler teeth to chew. So far no complaints and my toddler asks for her teddy vitamin every morning! I was searching for a sugar free chewable vitamin and these are perfect. We love Mary Ruth Organics and will continue to buy their vitamins.

Horrible taste unfortunately
This was so disappointing! Ordered one batch a few months ago and it tasted great! I was so excited to find a good tasting gummy. But have since purchased 2 more bottles and they taste nothing like that first bottle. It was so bad, I was actually worried I ate something toxic. But figured sometimes you get a bad batch. Which is why I ordered it again! But nope. The taste is awful. Wasted money on something that I have to throw out again because I don’t trust that taste.

I thought these were good vitamins but they contain natural flavors, cane sugar and other syrups your body (let alone your kids) shouldn’t be consuming. She claims they are all fruits and veggies but read the ingredients.

The best multivitamin for kids!
These are so good! I ordered them for my 10 year old, who can be very picky with taste and texture, and he absolutely loves them. I tried them myself and they taste great. No weird after taste. I love that they only take one a day so one bottle is a 2 month supply! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a multivitamin for your kids.
