The worst thing I ever put in my mouth. It smells and tastes like vomit. Did I get a bad batch?!?!? Idk I can’t say if it works or not. I couldn’t take it

I have been taking this for 30 days now. I put it in 6oz of orange juice with my greens powder then stir it up and drink it every morning! I have noticed better energy levels. I am taking this for pre-conception reasons. I am trying to get my body ready for pregnancy when the time comes. I prefer this liquid form much more than a pill!

I Ordered for My Pregnant Daughter in Law when her Dr. told her to get a good Prenatal Vitamin. She was low in Folate B12 Iron & had thyroid problems. She requested that I get her something else as it didn't help her. So I did just that. We have a healthy and smart 8 month old. It just didn't work for her.

If you’ve already tried other products from Mary Ruth then you know the quality is great. I take mine with a small shot of oatmilk and it’s wonderful. I actually feel like I’m getting the benefits from the vitamin and not just peeing them out like every other vitamin I’ve tried (prenatal or postnatal). I love that these are liposomal as well, I’ve been waiting to find a great prenatal/postnatal just like this. I’ll be taking this until further notice.
Must be mixed in a smoothie or drink!

I cannot complain about the contents itself. It contains all the vitamins and minerals I could want for growing this babe in my belly. However, I cannot tolerate it straight and I can tell you with 100% certainty that the thick texture alone would have made me vomit in the first trimester. However! I’ve been mixing it with 10oz lemonade and 1 tsp orange Metamucil and it’s delicious.
Noticed a difference right away!

To start, I am not the one to write a review good or bad. But when I tell you I noticed a significant different the first day taking this I'm not exaggerating! I am currently trying to get pregnant and been taking this in the evening. First thing I noticed that when I wakeup in the morning I am actually refreshed, like wide awake get out of bed and go, which is never the case for me. I have had so much more energy during the day and it's been so much easier for me to concentrate at work. I have only been taking this for about a week so I am exited to see the long term benefits! As for the taste, its not bad just pretty tangy if anything. Just eat a cracker or something after you take it and it gets rid of the after taste right away!

It is very thick, I have been taking a tablespoon everyday. Some Days its hard because of my morning sickness but I can easy take the spoon by itself. I don’t mixed it with anything. I actually enjoy the flavor of orange and vanilla.

I’m a picky eater who struggles with tastes and textures. I was pleasantly surprised at the slightly tart taste and just a little bit of a vitamin-y after taste. My only suggestion would be for it to come with some sort of measuring cup/spoon or to have an option to purchase it as an add-on for convenience.

It’s the best option now. I used to take their brown bottle prenatal which used to be amazing. HOWEVER, The flavor changed on that one after the restocking this summer, and I can’t stomach it. I switched to this out of desperation. It’s a lot thicker and extremely sweet, but tastes way better than whatever new/awful formula they’re trying with the other one. I’d rank this 2nd behind the old brown bottle formula, but it’s definitely in 1st place now.

I love this vitamin and look forward to taking it when on a regimen. However, it’s never in stock which is quite frustrating. Hopefully the company will do better with keeping up with the demand. I was told it’d be in stock on a particular date and I’ve yet to see it available for purchase

This is the only vitamin that has helped control my postpartum hair loss. I've tried other brands and this specific vitamin has helped me the most. And it tastes great. I can't recommend it enough!

I like the texture and taste of the product, but I was disappointed to find it is missing biotin. Surprising omission given how many women struggle with postpartum hair loss. The original MR prenatal liquid does contain biotin, so I will likely go back to that as I continue nursing.

Not sure if it works since I’m only a week in and I’m terrible at taking vitamins…. But one thing that’s effective is the taste!! Bc it’s so yummy I actually look forward to taking it!!!
