Order was canceled, Target lied and said they couldn't charge card. Same card seems to still work for other orders. Just be honest with customers.

What's the point of having a pre-order months ahead of time, if you just cancel all of them because they aren't available???

Why on earth does Target put an item up for preorder then makes approve several delays to then cancel your order outright? Target does it again. What a boneheaded move on their part.

Stop with the preorders if you make us have to accept to keep it 5 times. Stop with the exclusives! It's a preorder! We understand the date may change. And then you cancel it! In 2 months it will be in the bargain bin! Come on!!!

Target should not get involved with collectible exclusives if it can't handle basic things like supply, demand, and delivery—constant emails asking to approve delayed deliveries only to cancel the order.

Why cancel my order when I confirmed the new date 6x and tell me its because someone grabbed the last one when the new date was not even until next month meaning you don't even have them yet but cancel my order because you ran out tell the truth target yall messed up this is on you not that you ran out you dont even have them yet. So unprofessional and lie to your customers

If I could give zero stars, I would! Offer preorders in April, make me approve delays 5 times, then cancel anyway. Why has Target not figured out how to properly fulfill their orders? To be clear, this is a rating based on Target’s inability to fulfill their preorders for this item, not the item itself, which is probably pretty cool IF WE EVER CAN GET IT.

Seems to be the new standard for collectibles. Take the preorders, keep putting holds on bank accounts day after day, make people approve delays, then cancel. Terrible customer service.
