I've used this brand before and had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately, it left my hair feeling somewhat stripped, which is quite the opposite of what was advertised. I think there may be some improvements needed in the formulation to better align with its claims.

Lathers up nicely and smells amazing, hair is soft and shiny, no grease.

I searched long and hard for a shampoo I liked. I came across this one and it was love at first wash. It smells so good too. My friend commented on how healthy my hair looked after using this shampoo! I definitely recommend it 👏🏻

Also use the Matrix conditioner and also Monday's leave in conditioner and leave in and sleep

As a girl with thick 4A/B hair who has tried countless hydrating products, this shampoo is amazing! Normally after shampooing, my hair feels dry and gets all tangled, not with this! & it was my first time ever using it. Followed by the Food for Soft conditioner- detangling took me only 3 minutes, my curls came back to life and when straightening my hair it came out super soft and shiney. Highly reccomend this product!

Love the food for soft shampoo and conditioner duo. Lasts me 4-5 months and the packaging allows me to get every last drop out of the bottles. Makes my hair shiny and soft! Smells really good too

I just moved to Texas from Colorado and my hair was going crazy with all the humidity. This came recommended and now I can't live without it.

The smell of this shampoo and the conditioner is not my favorite. I had gotten the hair mask a month ago and that smells amazing and I thought the shampoo would smell the same but it doesn't. It makes my hair soft but at the same time tangled. I'll finish the bottles I bought but I wouldn't purchase again.

I have very dry damaged hair. My beautician used it on me and I've been buying it ever since.

I will say my hair does feel softer. Ive only used it once, and I am satisfied with it. Im only deducting a point because the reviews made me think this would smell amazing and that was not my experience. Smells like baby powder in a not good way.

product came damaged, very disappointing it spilled all over the box it came in and the came broke off which is irreplaceable. For the amount I am paying, I expect more care to be put in the packaging at the very least. I would hope to be compensated for this tragedy.

I really wanted to like this shampoo because of the reviews and i enjoyed the scent while using. Unfortunately only in 2-3WEEKS i experienced major hairloss!! :( ( I have low porosity, fine wavy hair) also dryness and besides the hairloss this jusy caused my hair to lose curl and become brassy/lifeless :/ i wouldn't recommend.

I was recommended this by my hair stylist after I fried my hair and started piling on products. I use this, the conditioner, and the leave-in. My hair is so much healthier now! Definitely recommend.
