I have tried every shampoo that states it help smooth and soften hair and this one actually works. I have frequently colored, aging, graying and frizzy hair. This product actually helps. (You can never fully fight humidity, but this product definitely helps "tame the mane!"

I have 4A and 4B hair, and this duo made my hair so smooth and hydrated! My was so hydrated I was able to detangle and twist mu hair in under 45 minutes! I will definitely buy the bigger sizes when there is a sale.

Honestly, I did not know this was more form curly or wavy hair. I have pin straight hair but was looking for something that wouldn't break the bank but something more than drugstore products. I absolutely love the way this conbo makes my hair feel. Also gives it a little bit of a shine. The only complaint I have was at first I did not like the smell. However, I can over look the smell, which you can get use to, I'd buy this again & again.

I have wanted to try out different shampoo & conditioners from this brand and what perfect timing of releasing these! I love it and it is perfect if you travel!

my hairdresser uses on my hair and she recommended that I use it at home and I bought the sample bottles to try before I bought the full-size and I'm in love. They smell so good and leave my hair so soft I've dyed my hair so many times and it's pretty dead. I also just recently got it redid with calico hair and this product has brought my hair back to life

I am always looking for something better for my hair. My wavy hair mostly looks very dry and can quickly frizz but if I use something too heavy my scalp looks greasy along with giving me straight no volume hair. I saw this Matrix Food for Soft trial kit and decided to give it a try not expecting too much. Wow! After one use of the shampoo, conditioner and a couple drops of the oil serum my hair looked shiny, soft and like I had gotten a perm. My hair has never been so curly on its own and it lasted all day. I even got compliments and all I did was use this kit & air dry. I do love the shampoo & conditioner but I think it is the oil serum that is the cherry on top. I tried just the serum with another shampoo and it again brought out some curls and shine. I would gladly buy it again. I wish the oil serum wasn't as expensive. I only need a two or three drops for my shoulder length hair so one bottle should last a long time.

I have 4B hair and it didn't strip my hair dry like other products do. The Matrix hair dye is also amazing. I'm addicted to buying this product combo. I wish the oil was cheaper but I'd still buy.

I bought this as trial size to try out, and I am glad I did. This product absolutly terible. The smell is really annoying. The shampoo and conditioner were hard to get out of the bottle, even after I turned the box upside down a few days after buying it. The leave-in oil came in a small envelope type package. I am sure glad I hand over the sink after cutting a small hole in the corner. Almost all of it went down the drain, what very little I had, in my hand, I put into my hair. Like I said the very little I had, made my hair VERY oily! Will not br buying this sgain!

I've never used this brand but my hair has always been so dry so I wanted to give this a shot. I didn't even know it came with the leave in until I bought it in store! I've used all 3 and I genuinely mean this, my hair has never been this soft. It feels AMAZING. And it does look a little less frizzy on the ends. My hair really loves it! Will definitely look into trying other products from this brand or at the very least buy the big versions and use these for when I travel. Also, they have a pleasant but unexpected smell. Almost smells like a light cinnamon.
