Just started using this shampoo(and conditioner) and I'm in love! Not only does it control the frizz/shine but its also color safe and makes my hair feel extremely soft! 10/10 would recommend this product. If you havent tried it already, you should!

I guess the hint was in the name lol. My fine, colored, 2a wavy hair was feeling dry so I thought i would try something more hydrating. However, this (in combo with the conditioner) made my hair way too soft and unmanageable. I'm sure it has its place, but not if uour hair is fine and medium density.

At first I loved it and after two weeks, my hair waa falling out in the shower and when I combed hair. Stopped using it and my haie stopped falling out. It was parabens and sulfates

although the shampoo wasn't bad itself it's heavily scented, and it's frustrating that almost every brand has heavily scented products

I started using this and the conditioner a few weeks ago and I am obsessed! I noticed a difference in the way my hair look and felt after the first use. It smells good and my hair is so soft and healthy looking. I haven't used any shampoo or conditioner I like as much as I do these.

I've used this brand before and had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately, it left my hair feeling somewhat stripped, which is quite the opposite of what was advertised. I think there may be some improvements needed in the formulation to better align with its claims.

Lathers up nicely and smells amazing, hair is soft and shiny, no grease.

I searched long and hard for a shampoo I liked. I came across this one and it was love at first wash. It smells so good too. My friend commented on how healthy my hair looked after using this shampoo! I definitely recommend it 👏🏻

Also use the Matrix conditioner and also Monday's leave in conditioner and leave in and sleep

Normally after shampooing, my hair feels dry and gets all tangled, not with this! & it was my first time ever using it. Followed by the Food for Soft conditioner- detangling took me only 3 minutes, my curls came back to life and when straightening my hair it came out super soft and shiney. Highly reccomend this product!

Made my hair feel like straw took about two weeks it to go back to my normal texture . Made my hair Dry frizzy unmanageable . Now

Love the food for soft shampoo and conditioner duo. Lasts me 4-5 months and the packaging allows me to get every last drop out of the bottles. Makes my hair shiny and soft! Smells really good too

This product did a great job of fixing my dry damaged hair!
