These are okay. They are very sturdy but very very small. They also have a lot of writing on the plate where you put yourself which is a little weird. I do like thay they do not bend when you have food on them but you also can't use this size for a lot of things.

The Matter Compostable White Fiber Dessert Plates are sturdy and holds a good amount of food without bending. They make cleaning up easy and convenient, making them perfect for party or picnics. I love that they are compostable and contributes to environment.

I like the idea of compostable plates. With so much plastics in our daily life, it’s nice to have something more Earth friendly. These plates held up pretty good and feel more sturdy than other paper plates.

These plates were very sturdy and durable. I used them with greasy foods, microwaved, even left food out for pets on it. Held up very well and didn’t leak. It makes using disposal items feel more responsible.

These plates are convenient for when you need to grab something simple and quick. The are perfect size for toast, a sandwich or a quick snack. I haven’t used them for anything too heavy but they are stable enough to hold sliced oranges, strawberries and grapes at the same time.

I ordered these small compostable plates to use for party snacks. They worked great and even held up with saucy snacks. The material almost feels like a mix of plastic and paper. I love that they can be composted too.

These plates were thin and flimsy. If you have any kind of liquid on them or greasy item it will show right through. I would not recommend these for a party where you may have a variety of sides and dips. These would be OK to use for crafts or to use with light weight items like chips or popcorn.

These small compostable plates are great for picnics. We kept them in the car for when we needed a small plate on the go. They stood up to a barbecue meal and vegetables. They were heavy duty and perfect for the job.

These paper plates did not seem much different than other white cardboard style paper plates. Upon opening the package, they felt like regular paper plates. I looked at each plate closely and one plate was very thin around the edge to the point where you could almost see through it. I use them in the morning with my egg bites. And the grease from the egg bites did leak through the plate. We also use them for birthday cake. They held up well for that. I do not compost. So I cannot give an opinion on whether or not they are truly compostable.

Really nice sturdy plates I wasn’t should with it being compostable material but I’m really impressed even being the smaller size it is strong— thick — definitely would not leak any food through I’m very excited to add these to my camper

These little plates are great for things like donuts or cake. They are small- check the size you order- but they are sturdy! I love that they are better for the environment, but they do say they are only commercially compostable. Not sure if that means you can’t compost at home? Haven’t gotten to that yet. The plate held up well for a donut!

Crazy how far we've come. These plates discompose themselves in a year! and then it claims to give nutrients to the soil. They are microwavable too. They little plates that matter, I had my dessert slice here and now I'm ready to leave it on my backyard ground for future use by my soil! Love them.

Work well. Added bonus that they are compostable. They held up well when we used them. They looked good. I do not have any complaints. Would use them again. Would like to try the dinner size plate next.

I love these plates are compostable in earth, friendly. However If I am going to compost things in my backyard compost bin, I would like to see what all they are made of, and it doesn’t show that as I don’t want micro plastics in my backyard

Great size for a slice of cake or pie. They are a thicker material too so no worries of them bending when being carried. Every plate does have raised writing on the top of the plates instead of the bottom so you can't run silverware across it smoothly.

Plates are small, but they hold up really well. These are some of the most durable plates I have used. I’ve used them for several things, and even put them in the microwave to warm up food. I did notice when microwaving, they do get kind of a moist feeling underneath. With that being said, they do not leak! Definitely recommend these plates.
