Matter Compostable Fiber Disposable Dinner Plates 10" - White - 20ct

These plates feel very sturdy and easily held a sizeable amount of food without bowing or bending. Morover, the oils/moisture didnt particularly soak in like they would have with other brands of uncoated paper plates. The bottom does get a bit hot from hot food but not outrageously so. I was excited because the back says Home Compostable as we have a sizeable compost setup for our garden, but then was disappointed to see the plates themselves say for commercial composters only. Not a deal breaker though as I still like that these hold up like plastic during use but wont last hundreds of years in a landfill. Would recommend!

These plates are very sturdy and nice and thick. They hold up well for a variety of foods. I prefer these better than regular plates because they are definitely thicker but the price is a little much. I love that they won't end up in a landfill though and we can put them in our garden to compost. They compost pretty nicely as well. The packaging is also compostable!

I was interested in these plates due to them being compostable. The plates are a good thickness and not to thick and not too thin. The plates are also a good size and nice proportions of food can be put on the plates. Nothing leaked and I put spaghetti with sauce on the plates. When warming the food the plate, the plate did not buckle. Overall the plates are good and next time I'll get a bigger pack of the plates.

I really enjoy using these plates. The are strong, sturdy and most importantly leak proof. I used these plates for a family gathering at my home and they did not disappoint. I piled on alot of food and wasn't concerned about these plates bucketing.

These 10" plates are generously sized. They are very durable and handled the weight and liquids of a BBQ easily. The plates are microwavable. I think it is pretty cool that these are made from plants and I like that they are compostable and earth-friendly.

Theseare very heavy duty and decently sized. We used them for a bbq and they did a great job holding the food. It was nice how thick they were. Does not need to be double plated. Which is a huge plus to me.

These plates are sturdy and durable. They do not bend easily and can hold a hefty amount of food. The plate material is compostable which is an added bonus. A great option for a picnic or meal outside.

Great to see these on the shelves! I was surprised by how sturdy these felt. They will work well holding all of our food while not getting soggy. One thing to note is that they are best if used within 6 months

These plates were the same size and thickness of the Chinet dinner plates which is what I normally buy. They held up well to pasta night. They were able to carry a full plate of food without folding. Definitely worth a look.

Super happy with everything about these. Great size. Wonderful for camping as they are compostable. They seem quite sturdy and easy for kids to handle. Thick enough to handle the messy. I would definitely buy these.

These plates came in easy to understand packaging and you could tell how they were higher quality than regular paper plates. These were thinner than i thought they would be, but seem to hold up just fine. Haven't use for anything that contains liquid/moisture yet, so that'll be another test!

I had a chance to try these Matter Compostable Fiber Dinner Plates. They were sturdy and not too heavy. They were large enough to hold our meals. They are also easy to use and toss since they should break down easily.

These are great. Very sturdy, large enough for a party or whole meal. I love that they are compostable for the times you don’t have enough dishes for everyone, so you don’t feel terrible about waste.

These plates are surprising. They feel very sturdy, they work in the microwave and they're entirely compostable! Best of all, they don't leak or allow food to bleed through. I fully expected to have to compromise in some way, but they work well all-around!

I'm genuinely impressed by how well these plates held up. My daughter spilled her juice box all over one, and it didn’t fall apart or even get soggy. She was still able to eat from it and carry it back and forth without it bending at all. These are sturdier than I expected, and I’d definitely use them again for special occasions or when regular plates aren’t practical—like on trips.

These are very sturdy, thick plates. I love that they are compostable. I always try to stay away from one time use products, but these are a lovely alternative. They hold up well, I would continue using these for events.

These paper plates are a home run for me! One of the worst things that happens with cheap quality of paper plates, is the plate breaking in half and your food falling on the floor. The quality of these plates held up a ceramic bowl filled with eggs. I found these to be leak resistant, sturdy and they are microwave safe.

These plates are sturdier than most, without being overpriced. Sometimes environmentally friendly paper products can have an odd smell but that is not the case with these plates. They don't have an odor at all. They hold up well to a heavy meal without becoming flimsy. They do have words embossed on them, but that isn't an issue for me.
