My bed topper my socks
So far I do sleep better but I'm still waking up with my shoulders aching maybe they're not quite as bad but they still hurt. I don't think it's a bad product but it's not perfect so far for me.

Not firm enough for me
I wanted to love this , since the reviews and 90 day guarantee were so good. My mattress is 8 years old and has started to form to my shape in the bed. I've struggled with scoliosis my entire life. Went through multiple pillows, two chiropractors, etc. I thought perhaps this might work for me. It sadly did not. The customer support was very nice and helpful. I just donated it to the local salvation army. Waiting on an email back from the customer service for my refund.

Too soft!
I bought the 3" High Density one (full size} because they said it was good for both side and back sleepers. It was said high density made it more firm. I only weigh 89 pounds but I sank down low in it. I almost couldn't get back out of bed. I need to return it! To be called high density it should be 4-5 lbs psft, and this is 3.

I ordered the 4" memory foam topper, after a thorough chat with an agent online to help me assess my needs. It arrived quickly, was easy to install and was great quality. Unfortunately it wasn't quite the right thing for what I needed, so I did process a return/refund request, but even that process was well-supported. Therefore, i would like to leave a very positive review! A great, well-run company. The mattress pad was superb, you could even sleep on the floor with it, it was that cushy!

It seems to hold me, then I feel like I am sinking. Then I am a side sleeper and back. Then my shoulders are sore getting up. I am still trying to figure this out if it is giving the support I need.
