This product is very reasonable, it is too soft for larger people. Ditto for comfort, thickness is ok but needs to be firmer.

Soft, which is perfect for the sleeper sofa I purchased it for. Pretty happy with it for the price.

Love it! No odor out of the box. Super supportive for my large frame. My movements are not felt at all on husband’s side. Cool sensation. Easy set up with the cover already on the pad. Very comfortable!

I bought this ”medium firm” topper for my really firm, uncomfortable mattress, and it literally feels like I am sleeping in mashed potatoes. It hasn’t helped with my circulation issues and after only three months I feel like the memory foam has completely given in to the pressure points of my body. Also at 3” thick you can barely keep your “deep” fitted sheets on the bed, we’re constantly adjusting them because of the topper. I’m really disappointed in this topper, especially because I took the time to read all the reviews and compare it to other competitor brand toppers. I wish I would’ve trusted my gut and returned this topper before the 90 day timeframe was up.

It has been 4 days since receiving my topper and it has yet to expand so not sure yet of its quality. Would have expected it to have been fully expanded based on FAQ video and info packet provided.

Bought this for my elderly mother that complained about her mattress and was not willing to buy a new one. After, searching the internet we landed on this mattress and thankfully it has made her sleep much better.

When my husband and I moved our daughter into Clemson U at the start of her freshman year a few weeks ago, we stayed at the upscale Shepherd Hotel in town and discovered the mattress in our room was pretty much the most comfy mattress we've ever slept on. My husband's back and frozen shoulder didn't hurt at all like usual, and I was able to sleep soundly all night without waking like usual. Unfortunately, I didn't get a response from the hotel about my request for info about the mattress, but thankfully found my way to Viscosoft after Googling the hotel. Since the mattresses we want won't be back in stock for a few months, we got two 4" queen mattress toppers as a stop-gap. I love the 4" mattress topper and sleep so well on it, but it's too deep for my husband. So, we're putting the 4" mattress topper on our guest bed and getting a 2" mattress topper for our bed. (Viscosoft are generously refunding us the cost of the unused 4" topper in exchange for donating it to Goodwill). Viscosoft Customer Service has been outstanding and very responsive. We're very pleased with the quality of their product and are so glad we stayed at the Shepherd hotel! Viscosoft Marketing should put little placards in rooms at the hotel letting guests know where to get their mattresses, because I bet other Clemson families are like us and really appreciate the great sleep they get on the mattress. Very cozy and comfortable! I don't have any hip pain during the night with this mattress topper.

It’s hotter than my previous Novaform topper. This support is very good but a bit softer. I can’t decide if it is worth it to return and order Novaform - but I’m waking up because it’s hot…

It's too soft. I cannot move easily once lying on my side which is how I usually sleep. I sink into the mattress topper and get "stuck" when I try to move. My bed clothing also gets "stuck" and does not easily transfer with me when turning, etc.

It is really thick which i adore. Haven't slept in it yet but guest will soon tell me.

The topper got here within 3 days and didn't have much of a smell, which was so nice not to have to deal with off-gassing. It is softer than I expected based on the description and other reviews. I purchased it to go over a very hard mattress to offer additional support for pressure points as a side sleeper. It's comfortable, but over the course of the night I feel myself sink in deep enough that I still experience the pressure points. I'm sure this is the kind of topper some people are looking for and the price point was reasonable so I will give it 4 stars, but not a total winner for me.

It is too soft for us and made our back pain worse. However, it did ship and arrive quickly. There was no odor. It fit our bed and stayed in place. Seems to be made well. It's just not for us, we will be returning it.
