I really want to return this product. It just feels too soft and warm. Maybe it's for some but definitely not what I bargained for. After developing some back pain and feeling super warm at night, I finally removed it from my bed. Was hoping to add some more comfort to my bed. Hope I can return.

I was giving it a chance, I thought that Iit would be firmer, it becomes a like a nest, not what I was expecting and hoping for, the instructions said to leave to get firm and no it’s very soft . Actually I would like to return it.

While it is a wonderful, nicely constructed mattress topper it is not firm enough for our back issues . We emailed our concern and asked if we could exchange for a firmer topper. The answer was the one we have is the firmest they make . We were told to try it out for 30 days which we have but no change to firmness . It’s extremely comfortable if you don’t have back issues. We were told the only way to get a refund was to donate to nonprofit and get a receipt . We have not done that.

Rooting thru the topper world is like looking at a map to decide where to live! Bottom line? You won’t know till you actually get there. I bought this topper to replace the one on my Sleep Number bed. I could not have made a better choice! The 40 pound topper is built strong as expected. It sleeps on the firm side. I adjusted my sleep number down 15 points to a wonderfully comfortable sleep. In fact, I wake up less since I have had it. I’m heavy and my wife is not. We both are enjoy our new found luxury topper!

If you are someone struggling with a sinking mattress I highly recommend this. There is no sinking, and the foam of the mattress is a amazing for a good nights rest.
