    I bought it months ago, but this is like the 5th time that I use the stroller and the wheel when off just in the middle of the ride, this is so unsafe and can cause an accident. The wheel is not well produced and does not have a way to fix it, i will need to buy a replacement of something that I am not responsable.

    Horrible product

    I bought this zelia set 1 year ago my son is barely 21 pounds and the car seat is falling apart. The canopy falls off the foam is coming apart. For the price of this I would have rather bought a less expensive set that probably would have lasted me longer .

    carseat stuck to base

    we should have tried it out before taking it to the hospital but my husband literally spent and hour trying to remove the car seat from the base it was stuck and only on me side unlatched we thought ok maybe it won’t happen again but getting home from the hospital same thing happened. i purchased it in april during a car seat trade in and had my baby in september and target didn’t return my money they only gave me store credit which can only be used in store they had nothing i liked in store so had to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket. so inconvenient and annoying

    Cover js obviously not supposed to be washed and dried

    For the price I should of paid a little more and bought a nuna. I washed the cover and when I put it back on it is all disheveled and does not fit properly. Now I am needing to buy a new car seat to replace

    Worse Product I ever bought!!

    Worse stroller and car seat ever! The stroller wheels started to get stock after a month of using, car seat moves a lot when installed in the car, and sun cover falls off. Wouldn’t recommend it at all. Safe your money!

    Stroller

    Got this as a gift and when opened it to set it up the stroller was missing a few things like the straps and the cup holder and now can’t use it because they don’t sell replacement straps but other then that the infant car seat is great

    Terrible quality

    Terrible quality. The car seat says it’s machine washable but after I washed it and put it back together it always came undone, including the shade. And then within 6 months the button behind it started giving problems and would be hard to detach from the base until it fully broke at 11 months. The foam also cracked on the inside. I am so sad cause I truly loved this travel system and wanted to use for our next baby.

    Stylist and Smooth!

    I had this on my registry and it was purchased for me by my mother in law, with much arguing prior as to why I didn't opt for a more recognized(by her) name. I liked the way it looked and knowing that I would be traveling to a bunch of appointments by myself, I liked the way it was easy to use solo. Now that I have it, have used it in many ways, I'm so happy this is the one I chose. It's a smooth ride for my little, allowing him to nap while the fat wheels handle all the bumps the city throws at it. The car seat and bassinet are cushioned so nicely that I never worry if he's comfortable. It's stylist and sleek so I finally feel like a "cool mom" but most importantly, it's safe and knowing it'll grow with my son gives me unbelievable peace of mind.

    Disappointed! DO NOT BUY IT.

    I regret buying this car seat and stroller combo. The materials feel cheap and flimsy, and the overall build is not sturdy at all. Every time I touch or move the stroller, it feels like it’s about to fall apart. My baby is only 3 months old, and he looks so uncomfortable in the carseat. There’s very little support, and the padding is thin and stiff. It honestly doesn’t feel safe or cozy for a newborn. I wouldn’t recommend this product to any parent looking for quality, comfort, or peace of mind. Spend a bit more and go for something that’s actually reliable and safe. I believe parents deserve to feel safe and supported with their purchase, and right now, that’s not the case.

    Warranty

    I bought this set for my grandson when my daughter in law was pregnant. My grandson is five months and it’s already broken. It’s not even eligible for an exchange. I would second guess making a big purchase like this with a return/exchange policy the way that it is. I also bought my daughter the same stroller set since we had two babies on the way. Not worth it.

    Not easy and gets stuck

    The car seat gets stuck to the base. It’s not easy to go from the car to the stroller as it needs additional pieces added. Base is hard and my daughter hated the car seat.

    Not worth the price, poor quality

    Bought this not long ago and it does not hold up well. We use it lightly, indoors, and on flat even sidewalks. The fabric tears and comes off very easily. We have many friends with different strollers at similar price points and none of them have had such issues.

    I would not recommend the stroller at all. It was falling apart on the first week of using it. It is made so cheap to be honest with you guys. I’m not sure how this car chair has inspection to be used for infants and babies.

    Received Damage Item

    high quality! Buy it!

    I did HOURS of research before buying this stroller combo. I also really made sure to pay attention on how to care for it properly and use it properly (perhaps one of the reasons I haven’t had any problems with it). I love it. A couple of my friends have this system too and have never had any problems with it. It has all the bells and whistles I wanted, is incredibly sturdy and high quality, and is lightweight. I have tested many other higher end strollers in comparison that are just as nice as this one. But this system. It’s very worth it. Just make sure the car seat fits your car. It’s pretty large (but still quite lightweight).

    Bad choice never buying again

    I was gifted the maxi luxe travel system and am very disappointed with such bad and poor quality car seat and stroller . I just started to use it and everything is falling apart off very unsafe .
