The Maximum strength urinary pain relief and UTI pain reliever should be taken by adults and children of 12 years and over: We recommend to take 2 tablets 3 times daily with or after meals as needed for up to two days with a full glass of water. We recommend not to use for more than 2 days (12 tablets) without consulting a doctor and for children under 12 years we recommend consulting with the doctor before use. I hope this helps! - Eram

100% recommend for quick relief!
After going to do a drug test yesterday and holding my pee for nearly an hour total (chugged water before going and chugged water when I got there, still had to wait to go back) and then holding my pee on the way back home I got my first UTI, and boy can I tell you this is a pain like no other!! If there was a way to describe this, it would be the burning man festival! This medicine doesn’t have nearly enough reviews, and I haven’t tried the name brand version but this worked for me in about 20/30 minutes which was a huge relief! Especially at 9pm at night, when urgent care AND the doctors office is closed. I would 100% recommend this product. The only very minor issue is the discoloration of urine and a slight odor from the medicine. However I’ll deal with that in order for the pain relief!

This is literally the same as the name brand one (in my opinion). Works to relieve pain & urgency until resolved. A lifesaver!!!
