A: Hello Leslie, you can be used with a dry brush but you can always spray with setting spray for more color payoff and create definition along the lash line with liner color. I loved this product - the colors were fantastic and I'd truly fallen in love with it. That's why I was so frustrated to see talc listed as a top ingredient. If Maybelline switches to a safer ingredient, I'd love to purchase the product down the road.

I just received the Sunlit Bronze and Mocha Motion. Neither palette matches what is advertised, especially the Mocha Motion. In the pictures, there is a lovely lavender shade for the lid, but the lid shade here is a bland pinkish gray. The liner is dark grey, crease color is grey, and the base is a very strong white color. There is nothing "Mocha" about this palette. As for the Sunlit Bronze, the base color is darker and shiny, and the lid and crease colors are darker, nowhere near as vibrant as the product photos on this website. The colors of the products I received are not what I would wear, so I will be returning them. So disappointing.

Love, love, love the Mocha Motion pallette! Come back to it time after time. I, similar to others who have posted reviews, would like the colors to be sold separately. It seems your current business model does not include the separate sale of the pallet colors. I imagine there is a business reason related to the bottom line or profit margin. If you don't want to sell the quad pallet colors separately, please consider offering a duo with the MochaMotion lid and crease color. I always finish the lid and crease color first. It feels so wasteful to toss the rest, but I know the container is just going to sit in my draw because I'm never going to use the rest of the base and liner. I would give this product a five star rating for value if you sold the lid/crease as a separate duo or if you flipped the positions in the pallet to give more lid/crease and less base/liner. Unfortunately, to get the colors I want and use, I have to purchase the other two I don't use. It's a great product. Would like more of it, not less, but without having to buy something I've never going to use. From a sustainability perspective, it just doesn't make sense.

I ordered Mocha Motion, which in the picture on Target's website shows 2 gold/ copper colors in the pallette. It is actually a white, a dark for the liner, and 2 similar very light grayish with a hint of purple colors that are so low pigmented they look like white chalk on my eyelids. Ew.
