Nice and thick
My only complaint is they get bulky after being worn for a while. They don't stay flat.

Bladder control.
The pads are for my wife, who has bladder control problems. She is living in a memory care residence. She was using a larger size, but that size was discontinued.

Perfect for What we Need
We use these in conjunction with disposable Adult Briefs for nighttime and travel of a medically challenged special needs child. Have been using them for years and the fit perfectly in the Adult brief and hold so much. The have drastically cut down on accidental leaks from the briefs.
