A:Â It is perfect for baking, but I use it mostly for drinks. I like espresso or very strong coffee so I add this to the weak coffee at work or instead of spending $ at a coffee shop. Although it can't replace a fresh pulled espresso, I like it a lot. This is much stronger (& better tasting) than any regular instant coffee I've found. It also makes great tiramisu. My favorite use though is a coffee 'smoothie' - like a blended coffee but with a healthy twist. Dissolve it in a small amount of warm water (if you add the powder directly with cold ingredients it won't mix well), and blend with coconut milk (some already frozen into 'ice cubes'), protein or vitamin powder, agave....delicious! And without the million calories, sugar, and un-pronounceable ingredients in the coffee shop version.
A:Â I have used it in brownies and chocolate cake. Makes the chocolate taste better. Works great for baking.
