Medela Safe & Dry Ultra Thin Disposable Nursing Pads - 120ct

I love Up&Up brand and had higher expectations for Medela. As an over-supplier, these are a nightmare. They don’t stick well and fall off/ move too much. These pads also don’t hold enough; I feel like I have to change them every 30 min to 1 hour.

Too small for me. They faall out of place a lot which causes more leakage. When they are in place they are not as absorbent.

Horrible DO NOT USE. I usually buy the target brand and I thought I would splurge a little and buy a name brand. I thought because of the brand and because it was more money it would be nice, but I was SO wrong. First of all when you open these packs up they are small. They are almost like a football shape. They are not even even split evenly in the middle before folded. Then the worse part is they are so rough. Like what??? Why would these be like sandpaper?? They don’t soften either. Also because they are so small they move around a lot. I guess if you’re smaller in bra size it wouldn’t be a big deal but for me being C SIZE these things don’t stay put especially at night. Ugh. Don’t waste your money. They are horrible.

These are terrible. They scrunch up and are extremely itchy around the edges. Per postpartum instructions, I was applying good amounts of lanolin, moisturizing my skin, and changing nursing pads often as recommended (don’t hang out in wet nursing pads, change them to avoid infections!) and they still gave me problems with chafing and irritation. Do NOT get these. Pay more for another brand name, or pay less for the Target off brand ones, literally either option would be much better than the Medela pads. So uncomfortable, feels like sandpaper.

HORRIBLE! ITCHINESS ON THE BOOBS! I love the Medela pump but the nursing pads are a NO for me. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Literally feel like sandpaper. When your boobs are tender this is the last thing you want in your bra. It’s a no for me.

They don't stick to my bra. They stick better to my skin. With terrible adhesive they move around and I leak out onto my bra and shirt.

Look over how thin these were, so I’m not super noticeable while wearing but ultra absorbent. Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Bulky and they wrinkle up, they don't stay in place

I absolutely hate these. I never EVER write a review but these are terrible!!! I thought it was me that didn’t know how to place them yea no it’s just a terrible product. Itchy. Design makes no sense, they don’t stick. Ugh. Waste of money.

These are too small and the “stretch” corner design that they have makes them very itchy and uncomfortable. I have tried other breast pads and these ones are terrible.

This is the first review I’ve ever written for a product but I feel very strongly about these! There is not anything to like about these nursing pads; they’re too small, the don’t stay put but leave adhesive on your bra and boobs (they folded and stuck to them which was quite painful), and the shape is ineffective. Please don’t waste your money on these!

These nursing pads are small, inchy, and hard to remove from the bra (left glues sometimes). Not recommend at all, but I've already used a few from the 120ct package.

As much as I wanted to like these because I LOVE the Medela brand, I just cant. They do not stay in place and bunch up within an hour. I have to change it every 30 minutes. Parents choice has been the best nursing pads so far for me and last forever! Plus they are cheap for 120 ct.

These pads are very small compared to other nursing pads. You can see the crease of the fold under your shirt and the sides of them are rough and itchy against sensitive skin.

Absolutely horrible. Most comparable to putting one ply tissue paper in your bra. Have to wear EIGHT at a time. Adhesive is horrible. Pad itself is way to small and NOT one size fits all. Dont waste time or money.

These keep a breastfeeding mom feeling clean. Occasionally they are too thin.

The glue is horrible and clumps together and they’re itchy. DO NOT RECOMMENDED

These nursing pads are itchy! I bought them after using the up and up ones and was extremely disappointed. The sides have a raised area which is supposed to prevent side leakage but I found the crumpled paper like consistency to be very irritating! The edges of the pads are not soft and do not stay flat against the skin. Instead, the edges bunch up into rough and itchy pieces that are super annoying. These are also smaller than the up and up brand and the individual packages do not open at the perforations. Definitely switching back to up and up nursing pads.
