Q: Hi, is this skillet compatible with all cooking surfaces? Electric? Outside grill? Hottest temp in the oven?

A: Cast Iron should be compatible with all cooking surfaces. The Enameled Coating can be discolored on outside grill but can be used. Oven safe up to 500 degrees.
